Up to 2,000 homes and serviced apartments are planned with 950 homes available for the general market. They include a mix of studios, one, two, three and four bed homes – up to 200 in the listed gas holder structures.
44% will be an arrangement of affordable housing options including shared equity, shared ownership, key worker, ‘HomeBuy’, right-to-buy ‘HomeBuy’ and social rented including homes for the elderly.
In addition, there are 650 student units planned.
