University of the Arts London, including the world famous Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design are moving over 5,000 students to the heart of King’s Cross by 2011.

On-site, with a projected Summer ‘08 start, the design and build contract for for the college, other historic buildings and associated public realm works is one of the largest in Central London worth up to £180M.
